Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Lithuanian Law on Consumer Protection, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to sealed food products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. This includes all granola and food products sold by GROLA.LT once the packaging has been opened.

2. Sealed and Unopened Products

If a product remains sealed and unopened, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in its original undamaged packaging, the seal must be intact, and the product must not be past its best-before date.

To initiate a return, please contact us at: info@grola.lt

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you have the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: opened food products, products past their best-before date, and gift cards.
